Dr. Sulada Kanchana, MD

Dr. K is exceptional. She was very patient, explained things thoroughly and was cheerful. Excellent bedside manner and informative.

Horrible & incompetent, she stared "through" my mom as she tremored in pain. When she "bestowed" upon us her greatness by interacting with us she was rude & condescending. After 8 mins the "top notch" assessment- all in my mother's head, the end, appt over. So we took my mom to actual Drs who practice medicine at the Cleveland Clinic & got a real medical diagnosis. The "staring method" didnt work, go figure. Compassion & basic human decency is glaringly absent with this Dr.

My experience with Dr. Kanchana was immensely displeasing from the minute she walked into the exam room,mand my whole 5 minute visit with her as a new patient,which you would think being a new patient that your visit would not be for just 5 minutes. When she walked into the exam not even a professional greeting to introduce herself with a hand shake, as the normal first time visit to a new physician, but instead with the exam door left open to only be questioned by her why am I here by. I wanted to reply for the Free coffee and donuts even though there were no donuts or cookies. I tried to explain to her why I was there, but no eye contact by her, and constantly looking at the time, as like if I was taking up too much of her time, and after her quick and I mean quick exam with visit with her she tells me that she doesn't know what is wrong with me I'm too complex for her, and walked out of the exam room. How unprofessional can one be especially one who is a physician who is supposed to… help in all means, but not Dr. Kanchana.

Dr Kanchana's bedside manner is second to none. Her calm approach to Parkinson's Disease eases the conversation and outlook.
