I’m a black person always seeking services in businesses within the black community. This doctor’s office is an embarrassment. I had been there 3 times, and each visit is just a wake-up call to simply not going back. Besides everything else that is outdated in that office, during my last visit, I was shocked to know that they lost my chart, and I would not be allowed to see Dr. Jallow until they found my chart after waiting 2 hours. Then I was recommended by the staff to reschedule. Unacceptable. Never going back.

Feel Dr. Jallow is a knowledgeable doctor. The wait for me was over 2 hours. Unacceptable! It seems they don't schedule properly. The staff was pleasant enough but check out was complicated. Probably will go back as I did complain while I was there and hope they make some changes

I am Type II diabetic and also suffer from Hypertension. My sight was failing rapidly when I was referred to Dr. Jallow. My satisfaction with the care from Dr. Jallow and staff is high. After treatment my eyesight is greatly improved and I am incredibly indebted to the doctor for the care he provided.

I don't even know why they have appointments if they don't stick by them. Waited 2hrs. I wouldn't recommend this doctor.

waited in office with my handicapped son for more than 1 hour, after meeting with intake person she consulted with md who said he deals with retina only, he never even look at y son and refused to see him, never use this so called md

I have been a patient of Dr. Jallow for over 15 years, and he is one of the best opthomoligst that I have been too. After having surgery at Bascome Palmer hospital for a detached retina, I was recommended by my neighbor to him, and of this day I still visit him, and my sight has improved tremendously, and my follow ups Makes me feels great that I have a Doctor like Dr. Jallow to trust with my sight.

I've been a patient for many many years, I learned of Dr. Jallow, after taking my mother to an appointment. After watching how attentive, and thorough he was with her I wouldn't trust no one else with my families eyes.
