I had a similar issue with this doctor. The previous doctor had left and unfortunately referred me to this one. Was used to waiting in the waiting room for two hours. Saw her for five minutes. Had to re-tell my seizure history had no clue of how seizures affect a patient I don’t know where she got her license, but she had the personality of a wet mop didn’t care at all had to explain the seizure medication that I was taking, I have uncontrollable epilepsy. This is the only medication that works, and she refused to prescribe it. It’s not even a controlled substance now I am in search for a new neurologist with no seizure refills. I wish that the doctor that had left has not referred me to this person who has no clue about epilepsy. Her bedside manner was horrible. She had no personality at all, but the worst thing is I am out of seizure medication and I’m scrambling to find a new neurologist as soon as possible. I’m calling the epilepsy foundation and reporting this doctor. Please do… not go to see her horrible. !!

THIS DOCTOR WAS 1 1/2 HRS LATE FOR AN 8:30 APPT. SHE SPENT 7 MINUTES WITH ME. I WAS TOLD HER NURSE WOULD BE RIGHT IN TO TELL ME THE APPT TIME FOR MY CAT SCANS. WAITED 20 MORE MINUTES, AND NOBODY CAME. AT THE DESK, I TOLD THE NURSE I WAS HURTING AND COULDN'T WAIT ANY LONGER. SHE ASSURED ME THAT SHE WOULD CALL ME. IN A COIUPLE OF DAYS, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM WEST TN. IMAGING ABOUT CHECKING IN FOR MY APPT. OF COURSE, I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT! NURSE NEVER CALLED. FOLLOWING THE CAT SCANS, I EXPECTED DR. SATHANANDAN TO CALL OR SEND ME HER INTERPRETATION OF THE RESULTS. NEVER HEARD FROM HER. THE RESULTS WERE POSTED ON MY CHART. WITH NO MEDICAL TRAINING, I DECIPHERED THEM THE BEST THAT I COULD. I LOOKED UP TERMS TO UNDERSTAND. I WAS STILL EXPECTING HER TO ACT PROFESSI9NALLY AND CONTACT ME. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO HER AGAIN. I HAVE NOTHING POSITIVE TO SAY, AND CANNOT RECOMMEND HER TO A SINGLE SOUL!!

There is nothing about patient care at this facility. It is about long wait times, majority rude staff and money making. The doctor was in the room less than 5 minutes. I would never refer anyone here.

Not a need for the visit. Could have prescribed adjustment to C PAP and done electronically. Showed no concern for extremely long waiting time and saw me less than 2 minutes. Money grabbing event.
