Dr. Patel was very kind and helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining the problems with my heart, and about the tests which we need to proceed with and the reasons for them. He asked a lot of questions about my health history, and clearly presented information about my specific heart issues.

Dr. Patel was very professional, patient, and thorough. I could tell he was truly listening to my concerns. He explained his thought process. He also asked me if there was any particular diagnosis I was wondering about that he hadn't covered. This was very powerful to have him ask this- it showed that he really wanted to be sure he'd addressed all of my concerns. He proposed a very reasonable plan of care and also sought my input so that it became a shared decision. I was very impressed.

I felt so confident I was FINALLY with aDr that took a true interest in my health. We need more Dr's like him.
