Dr. Patel was very kind and helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining the problems with my heart, and about the tests which we need to proceed with and the reasons for them. He asked a lot of questions about my health history, and clearly presented information about my specific heart issues.

Impressed with his thoroughness and ease at explaining heart strength and problem using previous testing. Very col to see the heart working as he explained what was happening. He answered questions well he is calm and reassuring. Good discussion of next steps.

Dr. Patel was very professional, patient, and thorough. I could tell he was truly listening to my concerns. He explained his thought process. He also asked me if there was any particular diagnosis I was wondering about that he hadn't covered. This was very powerful to have him ask this- it showed that he really wanted to be sure he'd addressed all of my concerns. He proposed a very reasonable plan of care and also sought my input so that it became a shared decision. I was very impressed.
