Hidden cost on consultation not asked for or required. Was given very basic general advice that one can google and charged under special consultation that the front desk could not provide information on what the charge was for. Insurance covered all except that charge since they wouldn't disclosed exactly what it is, and patient is not responsible either, however they kept sending a charge for it.

I would not choose this doctor again. While my initial interaction with her was pleasant, I found several members of her staff to be regularly rude. I saw her for a simple annual exam, but had to go to the office 3 times over a 2 week period to complete it as apparently not all the things that should have been at the scheduled appointment were actually done. Finally, when results came back and the doctor asked me to call her about them, she was unavailable for an extended lengths of time - I still haven't ever been able to discuss my results with her. I repeatedly called and left messages requesting she schedule a time to be available to talk to me so I could block that time off for her, but instead she'd call randomly when I was unavailable, and, even when I returned her call in under 10 minutes, her office staff would inform me she'd already left for the day. This was the case even in the middle of the afternoon. I will definitely be switching my PCP to someone more accessible,… who prioritizes follow ups, results discussions, and other post-payment interactions with patients at least as much as she prioritizes pre-payment interactions.

She could be a good doctor if she has more knowledge of diseases and diagnosis . My condition would not have gotten worse if the doctor had really 'listened' and found the real problem with a simple blood test.Instead of brushing away them as "stress". Unless the diseases is very apparent, I wouln't recommend anybody to this doctor.

my wife is a doctor in a local hospital. she knows all internal medicine doctors around. She recommended Dr Ramm and I have been extremaly happy with Dr Raam. Very knowledgeable. Good diagnosis. Nice. On annual checkup she will spend over 1hr with you. Previous doc would spend 15-20mins. Don't know why others gave her only 3 stars. Office staff OK , nurses very good reception staff could be a little bit nicer but what really matters i the doctor not the staff.

I was very displeased by this Dr. I was told that I should not be having the pain I was experiencing for over 4 years. She was cold and not willing to listen to my reasons of why I washaving pain. She did xrays and told me it was stress and put in my chart I had narcotic seeking behavior. I finally went to another Dr. who referred me to a neurosurgen. I had surgery within three weeks and I finally am recovering. My surgeon said I could have easily been paralyzed if not treated. I would not go see this Dr.
