Summary
Dr. Summer Bochat received her bachelor of Science in Biology in 2002 from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. She earned her Podiatric Medical Degree in 2006 from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, North Chicago, IL. In 2009, Dr. Bochat completed her surgical residency at Weiss Memorial Hospital. From 2009-2017, Dr. Bochat was employed by private podiatric practices in the Wisconsin and Chicago area. She joined Northern Illinois Foot & Ankle Specialists in November 2017. Dr. Bochat specializes in comprehensive care of the foot and ankle including plantar fasciitis, bunions, hammertoes, warts, and ingrown toenails. A Wisconsin native, Dr. Bochat enjoys spending time with her husband, three daughters, and son. She is an active volunteer within her community, enjoys reading, musical theatre, and exploring the great outdoors.
