My experience with Dr. B was amazing. I didn’t realize I had as much going on as I did and it was a seamless procedure. What I thought was a sinus infection ended up being a major surgery as I was having severe headaches. There were two ruptured discs and problems with C4 through C7. After this procedure. I feel better than ever. headaches were gone as soon as I woke up from the procedure.I was treated with respect and dignity from day one. I would highly recommend dr. B. He was compassionate and thorough and very easy to speak to I cannot speak Highly enough about him. Excellent doctor. him and his team are the best! surgery was a success

Personable. Answered my questions. Not rushed. Explained everything including possible/likely outcomes.

My experience with Dr. Bhattacharjee showed me he cares about low risk high profit cookie cutter surgeries. He was visibly upset that I hadn't been passed through his NP filter/screening process before my appointment. If radiology doesn't deliver him a report showing him a "cake walk" he walks. I was polite and courteous, he showed up 50 min late, very rushed and being unprepared is an understatement. At the end of my 2 minute appointment he asked "all these symptoms from a car accident"? I was a little taken back because I have never been in a car accident before. He proceeded to the door and said "I know I didn't answer all of your questions but radiology didn't see anything I can perform surgery on so I don't know what you want from me"? My doctor and I just wanted his opinion on a few scans that were questionable. Do yourself a favor and find a surgeon who has a heart and cares about their patients not just pumping their pocket book with low hanging fruit.

I have had pain for many many years. I have had 3 surgeries with him. He tells you like it is. He tries to get you the best results possible. I am very grateful for him

I had a five level fusion done in my lower back and was sent home the next morning. I was given little or no instruction as to what to do when I got home and as a result I developed blood clots in my lungs which could have been fatal. I never saw the doctor at the hospital after the surgery.

My mother was rushed to the hospital from AMC due to a blood clot bursting in her brain. We understood the severity of the situation but hoped we had gotten her to the hospital on time. Doctor B casually walked into the waiting room and said to my dad "so do you want to do surgery or not" we were so confused. It seemed like maybe she would be fine with out it by the way he came in in no rush and with the rude way he asked us this option. My dad said "what will happen if we dont do surgery" and dr. B said "she will die". No other info was provided to us with out asking. I said then why aren't you doing surgery. He said "to be honest if she makes it out of this she will most likely be in a vegetative state and require round the clock care in a nursing home for the rest of her life". It was as if he had made a decision before asking what my mom would have wanted.my dad told him that my mom would have wanted to live even if her quality of life was not very good. He rolled his eyes and… walked(not hurried) away. We were not provide an out come of the surgery we were only told by the nurse that she was out and in ICU within a few hours. Needless to say my mom did not gain consciousness which we understood was a strong possibility but it felt like he didnt care for her as a patient and a human being regardless of how severe the situation. I hope and pray he did his very best and just has terrible bed side manor.

Absolutely no issues since surgery. He was straightforward in his explanations, not giving unrealistic expectectations. After 7 years still issues are gone

right hand does not know what left is doing for scheduling, paperwork to insurance done weeks late, surgery rescheduled, FMLA paperwork had to be redone
