Sumra Tayebaly, MD

Dr. Sumra Tayebaly was my doctor with my first born, I was luckily enough she was the doctor on call when I delivered. I had a terrible experience with a previous doctor before meeting Dr. Tayebaly. She took all my concerns with care and was with me every step of the way. She listed to my fears and anxieties, kept me informed, and assured me along the way. I am lucky to have her as my Dr. this second time around as well. You are in amazing hands with Dr. Tayebaly!

I had a negative experience with Dr. Sumra Tayebali. She assured me she would deliver my baby in Champaign, Illinois, but I later discovered she was pregnant herself. Given my high-risk pregnancies with complete previa, I found myself attended by different doctors as she had given birth just two days before my delivery. Despite my blood glucose reaching 122, I was neither notified nor placed under observation. It was a disappointing experience, and even now, I recall her in my dreams. Thankfully, my daughter, born at 36 weeks, is now a healthy 4-year-old. I cannot recommend Dr. Sumra Tayebali based on my experience.

Dr. Tayebaly was very nice and excellent at answering any questions I had. I did not feel rushed during the appointment at all and felt like she listened to me.

I went to visit Doctor Tayebaly with a friend for the first time and she didnt speak very good English but Doctor Tayebaly spoke Spanish and was able to help her. I later on changed doctors & am now seeing Tayebaly and she is amazing. I love that she was her self and she made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her.
