Dr. Sundararaj R Cherala, MD

My husband saw Dr Cherala today for pain in his hip, my husband has had two knee replacements and a shoulder replacement but never complains, he was military for over 21y. He went to see the same Dr a month or two ago with the same complaint, hip pain, he gave him a shot in his back ?? which did NOTHING for his hip at all, but he plodded on best he could until today when he just couldn'tstand the pain any longer, , if my husband says he's in pain, it must be very bad. He sent him for an xray, I understand that maybe a good idea, maybe, but he sent him home in the same amount of pain. Why do you like to send people home in the same pain as they walked in with, just to be told to come back another day? I wonder? $$$$$ ?? we are not happy AT ALL. You are supposed to MANAGE PAIN.

Worth waiting for. This doctor is one of those who gives you the time needed to best benefit you. A routine follow up appointment may turn into an epidural. Questions and answers aren't always the yes/no variety. Another family member is also a patient of this physician.

He is through and knowledgable. Makes you comfortable listens to you. The only thing I don't like is it can be over an hour or more to see him. I like is manner but hate how his office works. Will be looking for a new dictir
