Dr. Sundeep Jayant Ekbote, MD

He is Arrogant, condescending, distracted and annoyed by my presence in ER. This was my 2nd experience with him just as bad as 1st time. Walks in says you look depressed and anxious. Hello, I’m in pain and nervous about what’s going on. He clearly has no interest in what I was saying and dismissed me, he was looking at the walls and ceiling while I was talking, said he didn’t look at my chart, was going to order blood work I said I had it done recently have the results on my phone , no reply. I reminded him he was the one whole 1st visit told me to get MRI with PCP, I said PCP said X-rays were in order. Paramedics took me here because THE MRI truck was on the premises this day. He Still didn’t Oder me one Got a CT scan instead, he left after he ordered it never to be seen again which was a blessing in disguise because it was shift change and Dr Brenda Walther then came in, told me her findings of CT prescribed anti inflammatory and muscle relaxers and was so kind as to tell me she… was shocked nobody in all these months prescribed anything and these meds will do the trick. She was pleasant, professional and talked to me as a person not an inconvenience. If I have to come to this ER again I’ll wait to see the competent doctors such as she rather than be looked down upon by the aforementioned. Thanks to Dr Walther hours later I am pain free and able to sleep and turn my neck and my head no longer feels like it’s in a vice. The girl who took my history was so pleasant and kind and not annoyed by all my questions and I thanked her for that.

Dr Ekbote is kind and efficient. He takes great care of his patients. He diagnosed me quickly when others could not. I was in and out of the ER fast.
