While I liked Dr. Shaw, it's a nightmare dealing with his staff. Voicemail is full, no way to contact.

The doctor is unresponsive to my needs. He has given me phone numbers which are constantly busy an does not respond to written messages on his patient portal

Dr. Sundeep Shah is a great doctor who very proactively responded to my diagnosis and helped me by getting specialized care and treatment at the earliest. He was also constantly in touch with the specialist before and after my treatment.

Dr. Sundeep Shah is a very good doctor. He is very professional and thorough. For an urgent and specialized treatment, he helped get me appointments for consults with specialists who were booked for months. As a result the treatment was done in a timely manner

Dr. Shah is an excellent doctor. He explains things in layman terms that is easy to understand. I had so many issues with my allergy and reactive airway that was resolved by his treatment. It gives me such comfort that I can trust my primary care and did not even have to go see a pulmonologist. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends. There must be a reason why he is so popular!

No one answers the phone in timely manner. In this day and age the office does not have the ability to send me a email address by TEXT. At that point I just hung up.

Dr Shah is a very professional medical doctor. I've seen a lot of Doctors and it's not easy finding one that I trust and listens to my concerns without over talking me and brushing my concerns off. He is compassionate, and provide feedback. I would highly recommend him. He definitely know's his stuff. He's awesome.

My husband and I both see Dr Shah and are very pleased with his care and genuine concern for our health. His staff is very friendly also.
