Sundus Amina Lodhi, MD

Sundus Lodhi, MD is a transplant nephrologist and Medical Director of the Kidney and Pancreas Transplant program at Piedmont Transplant Institute. She has expertise in advanced kidney disease treatment, immunosuppression management, access to transplant, long-term outcomes, and multiorgan transplant. Her practice is dedicated to providing patient-centered care through multidisciplinary collaboration. Dr. Lodhi completed internal medicine residency, chief medical residency, and nephrology fellowship at the University of Texas-Houston Health Sciences Center. She then completed a transplant nephrology and research fellowship at the University of Florida and began her career at the Emory Transplant Center. Dr. Lodhi also practiced direct personalized primary care with emphasis on cardiovascular risk screening affiliated with MDVIP and Piedmont Clinic.
