Dr. Suneel Shivlal Valla, MD

Was more concerned with dictating his notes than listening to me. Was belittling and a bit rude. He kept talking over me. Would not really listen to anything I said and blamed my sleep issues on the use of melatonin even though I told him some of them I've had since being a small child. He seemed irritated with me from the first word I said. I would not waste your time. Because that's what he did to me was waste my time. He needs to take some classes on empathy and listening skills. Horrible doctor.

Doctor cares more about talking than listening to his patients. After telling Dr Valla that this is the best I have felt he insisted that everything needs to be changed. Listen to your patient first

I was a patient of his colleague at the practice (who's top notch, since retired). I wasn't able to get an appointment with my regular doctor before moving, so I scheduled with Dr. Valla. Such a stark comparison. He didn't listen to a word I said, belittled me, invalidated his colleague's diagnosis, and told me my lifelong insomnia would be cured if I just did yoga (I already do yoga). A friend with sleep apnea had such a horrendous appointment with Dr Valla that he walked out.

Horrible doctor. Does not listen to patients, is dismissive, he mocks patients and is homophobic.

Very terrible would not recommend.
