I was expecting some kind of anesthesia prior to my cystoscopy but Dr Choe provided none. As a result my cystoscopy was PURE TORTURE.

I was expecting an anasthetic before my cystoscopy and received none. The procedure was nothing less than torture.

True, the office is not a show case it a dump, but it has been my experience that an inverse relationship exists between a doctors competency and the floor show put on in other doctor's offices. You know the old saying: Don't judge a book by its cover. When you meet this doctor he is a no nonsense professional. I was in real trouble when I came to his for an operation that turned my life around. Look at the number of years he has practiced and the number of operations he must have performed over all those years. Want a freshly minted graduate with no experience and bill medical school bill to pay off with a show stopper patient waiting room? He reminds me a country Dr. I knew when I was a boy who could out medicine the best of them.

I work in healthcare. The treatment rooms need serious cleaning. The entrance to the clinic has spider webs on the wall. If the Operating Room at the hospital was messy and dirty it would be shut down. A patient can be infected in a dirty Op Room. The surgical instruments can be infected and can cause a serious infection to the patient. I have no complaints about the care.

Dr. Choe saved my life. His office is a disaster, but if you value your life and health, go to him. Be patient and persistent, and do everything that he and his P.A.'s tell you to do.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from the Dr. and his staff.

Excellent doctor!

Dr. Choe relies on his Physician Assistants to do most of the work. The waiting room is crowded and multiple appointments are scheduled at the same time. Staff is stressed and do a poor job. Phone wait time is 5-10 minutes on hold.
