I rarely write reviews, but Dr. Patelbis a gem. Took the time needed and provided useful suggestions to push through some difficulty. Highly recommend him!

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for probably about 10 months. He listened to everything I had to say. From how low I was to how much I was sleeping. He was able to find the right combination of medication to get me to where I can say I am happy for the first time in 19 years and have no thoughts of self harm after two doctors could not help me. He saved my life. No one doctor is for everyone. But I’m so glad I found a doctor willing to listen and take into consideration what my needs are! I would recommended this doctor highly!

HE IS VERY MUCH ABOUT SELF........BARELY HAS ANY COMMUNICATION WITH YOU.......I'M NOT SURE HE EVER MADE A CLEAR DIAGNOSIS! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!! HE HAS NO CARE FOR HIS PATIENTS!!!!!!!!

I have been with Dr. Patel for over 5 years. He has helped me tremendously, and I will forever be grateful. I especially appreciate his deameanor: pleasant, layed back, professional and concerned.

I saw Dr. Patel for over 2 years. During that time I found him to be distant, not interested in me as anything more than a thing that he prescribed medication for. I've seen a lot of docs over the years, and have been able to establish some level of relationship.with each of them.Dr. Patel never connected with me and either didn't realize it, or, more likely, it didn't concern him at all. He never acted as though he cared about me. I doubt he would have been able to connect my name with my face had he not been given my chart before he called me from the waiting room.I stayed with him because at the time I had no alternative. During what turned out to be my last appt with Dr. Patel, he was a totally new physician. He looked at me instead of his laptop. He had some interest in me; his entire demeanor had changed. I actually wondered if I had been mistaken all that time. When I checked out, the clerk gave me a Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire which asked me to rate Dr. Patel as a… provider of services DURING THAT VISIT. So, on the day he knew he was being evaluated by his patients, he interacted with me in a completely new way. Well, I filled out the form, and it reflected my experiences with him for the 2 years I had been his patient. The things he had no control over or responsibility for, the courtesy of the staff, cleanliness, and so forth, were fine. For the things that really matter, my ratings reflect my many experiences with him. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

The best psychaitrist that I have ever had. And I have had a few. Intellignet, acurate, and respectful.

Dr. Patel has a great bedside manner and really cares about his patients. He spends time to know the patient and is very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Sunil Patel.

He is amazing! I would recommend him 100% to anyone seeking a psychiatrist. He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes a holistic approach to treatment. Also, a 15 minute conversation with him is worth a hundred times more than hours of psychotherapy with a psychologist!
