Dr.Patel actually met me and several other patients in his office on a weekend! He did my surgery was scheduled in 4 days. I had a detached retina . I had very little discomfort after the surgery and felt very comfortable during the procedure. Can't thank him enough! Staff is also wonderful. Never have to wait long! Very efficient.

I first contacted Dr. Patel after a friend of mine glowingly expressed his appreciation for Dr. Patel saving the eyesight in one of his eyes. I have a MD and I contacted Dr. Patel and have participated in a couple of his research test and continue to see him on a regular basis. I have been very pleased with all of my contact with Dr. Patel And would highly recommend him.

I am sure Dr. Patel is brilliant and well educated.....He is however, first and foremost a research Dr. He shows little interest in patients, there is no conversation, no indication of how things are going good or bad and no discussion of medication treatment side effects.....He should devote 100 percent of his time to research. I would not go to him again ever as I refuse to be treated like a research data.

I have found his assistant doesn't know what she is doing!She say one thing then does another,and then says she didn't say that!He needs a new assistant!
