This office should change the way they deal with patients before they are shutdown for good. Office Staff: Staff is very rude, and have a hard time to walk to the cabinet to look up the referral that was sent from the PCP. They just give a you time when you should be graced by the doctor. Doctor: He is a chaos himself, with no bed side manner at all. He has freaked out after seeing my eyes and made me very nervous after making some insensitive comments. The actual exam was very fast and minimal and he always had one foot out the door. He has burshed off our concerns and didn't bother to answer questions. Doctors assistant: She was behaving as if she was forced to be there or was lost and showed up at this place. Office staff has charged us for sending our records to my PCP, who has referred us to this doctor in the first place. If they don't care about me as a person, they probably don't care about my eye care. If any one acted as rudely as the doctor or the staff in this… office, they would not have a place to work at any more.

Great doctor. Saw serval eye doctors over the last five years. He solved my problem in two visits. Took time to explain my condition. Seems very knowledgeable as well as compassionate. I would recommend to anyone.

Dr. R's office staff talks about patients in front of patients waiting in the waiting room. They obviously don't care about patient's privacy. The rooms are filthy dirty. They never cleaned the equipment before each patient. Even the dr NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS from moving from patient to patient. I got sick from this place! He is a hyper active person and never lets you speak. He cuts you off because he's trying to see 4 patients in a 15 min time frame. This is a very bad set up. Bad dr., bad office staff and bad equipment. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I saw the younger son doctor there's also a father with the same name .

Answers all the questions you might have concerning your visit. Very professional. Easy to talk to.

Never again. Tells me he can't perform surgery that I could go blind. That is not a professional opinion. Told me what its not but not what my condition is. Very disturbing office visit.

I have seen several doctors over the last 2 years for decreasing vision. Dr Raichand diagnosed the condition and treated me. I not sure why the previous doctors could not ... but he did.
