Dr. Ummat performed the surgery to correct mechanical sleep apnea. The outcome was perfect, virtually eliminating the apnea. Dr. Ummat was most helpful in explaining the surgery, the risks, the possibilities, and the expected outcome. He is very pleasant to work with and respectfully answers questions as desired.

Dr. Ummat is hands-down one of the best physicians in Seattle. He is compassionate, patient, a good listener, funny and thorough. He is an expert in his area of practice and always works to find the best solution to your problem.

Dr. Ummat is amazing. I had horrible, chronic sinus issues and he was my surgeon. He is caring, patient, thoughtful, and reassuring. ALL doctors should be this kind to their patients! I recovered quickly from surgery and am on a treatment plan to prevent the issues from recurring. The staff in his offices (Seattle & Kirkland) are wonderful as well.

The biggest mistake I ever made was going to this doctor for sinus and ear tube surgery! If I could post before and after CT and MRI Scans here, I would. I was told by the doctor that everything looked good post surgery, but I didn't feel good. I sought out other ENTs, an MRI was ordered, and sure enough... things were not good! I would not refer ANYONE to this doctor.
