Dr. Sunook Hwang studied chemistry in his undergraduate years and graduated from the college of dentistry, Ohio State university.
He finished a general practice residency training at Metrohealth medical center in Cleveland, Ohio in 2004 where he gained a vast amount of experiences in oral pathology, oral surgery, endodontics( root canal treatment ) and everyday general dentistry including restorative( fillings ), dentures, crowns..etc.
Dr. Hwang also had many on-set, on-line trainings in dental implants and has graduated from several mini-residency programs in conventional implants and mini dental implants. He's been practicing dentistry for 7 years now and counting.
He is very proficient in placing and restoring mini dental implants, especially which could be done at half the cost and healing time( sometimes not even ) of treatment with conventional implants. these implants could be used to stablize loose dentures and replace single/ more missing teeth depending on where they are.
…Dr. Hwang does all the dentoalveolar and implant surgeries in our office unless patients like to be IV sedated. Dr. Hwang will make sure you, as a patient understands what's going on in your mouth, what needs to be done, and what alternatives there are. He resides with his wife, Hannah in Canandaigua, NY.
Dr. Hwang uses implants from OCO biomedical and Intra-lock.
