Dr Kumar is our children’s dentist. She is sitting in the picture along Ruby Hernandez DA our head children’s assistant.  As you can tell by their smiles they both truly know how to work with children to make them comfortable.
Dr. Kumar was trained in India at Bangalore University. She graduated in 1998 in the top 1% of her class with honors.  She holds numerous awards and was active treating pediatric patients in Preventative and Community dentistry.  She came to the United States and earned an MPH, Masters in Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2002.  She has recently joined our staff to help with the treatment of children.  Her husband has recently joined our teaching staff at the University of California San Francisco Dental School to do research and teach students in the clinics. If you would like to meet her call our office for a free 10-minute consultation to see if she is the right dentist for Your …Child.
Ruby Hernandez DA, our head children’s dental assistant, graduated from Bryman College in 1997.  She is wonderful with children of all ages, and has that innate ability to be very patient with each child.  It probably comes from the fact that she has children of her own.
