He once "accidentally" prescribed me twice my existing medication and chalked it up misreading my documents. Even my nurse recommended I refuse doctor's orders because the amount he had prescribed me is never given to any patients regardless of condition. He verbally admitted during a session that he knew I didn't need to be in the hospital, but requested that I appeal so that the judge would have to fill out the paperwork, not him. He's a lazy, irresponsible fool who leverages his expertise in mental health to abuse patients. He would constantly humiliate me during meetings and prefers talking over patients to listening to them. I have seen that same grievance on this site, as well as others. He even went as far as to make fun of my faith and my willingness to believe it in an Adventist care facility. I repeat: he made fun of Christianity inside a Christian hospital. I don't care what your beliefs are, you should never disparage someone's mental health or attribute it to their faith,… let alone inside a facility that literally has posters and sayings of that faith in the hospital.

STAY AWAY from this quack! You have been warned.

He is very irritating to talk with; this guy interrupts all the time and does not listen to you. He seems to only care about keeping patients in longer at the psychiatric center even if it means lying about them. Also it was a little weird how he tried to emphasize that he discharges people early when he had to lie to extend my involuntary hold. Because of his manners and dishonesty, I couldn't trust his advice and opted to leave even though I may have stayed longer under the right conditions. I'm curious if he's like this with all his patients so please share your opinion if you had a similar or different experience from mine.

I have unfortunately had the displeasure of encountering this man on several occasions. I found him to be very rude and disrespectful. He continuously talked over me refusing to listen to a word i was trying to say. At one point he even claimed that this was his meeting and that he was in control of it however I have to disagree as this is my mind and body he was talking about. Nobody gets to choose what medication goes into my system but me and I felt on several occasions that he would say things just to push my limits and to try and get a negative reaction out of me. I am appalled that kaiser would employ such a man to take care of its patients. I tried to give him a chance yet was met with the same bad manners each time. I would not recommend him to anybody seeking a good psychiatrist who will listen to your problems. Alas this is just my honest opinion and I hope and pray that if others are forced under his care that he treats them at least a hundred times better than how I was… treated. Good luck to anyone who would like to give this guy another chance. I unfortunately cannot handle having him as part of my treatment plan and am glad to have let him go.
