This is by far the worst place ever and a sorry excuse for a medical office! All the staff there is the worst too, all the know how to do is make everyone out to be drug addicts even when you don't do any kind of drugs at all!

I went to see Dr. Gupta after my back surgery was unsuccessful and my pain returned, not only in my back but my legs as well. After jumping through the mandatory hoops via the insurance, Dr. Gupta offered me a procedure that ultimately eased my horrible pain and made my life bearable again. There is a wait time in the office or clinic, which is why most people complain. They are in pain, so of course they are grumpy and uncomfortable, but apparently there are a lot of people who need help. Pain management is not an easy thing to "manage" but Doctor Gupta is knowledgeable and has offered several steps that lead me to my relief. Now that I know there is usually a wait time, I plan my schedule accordingly.

I've been seeing Dr Gupta since 1995 . An he has always treated me with compassion, respect. I love the staff they are very helpful. I hate when I'm sitting in the waiting room an everyone is complaining about waiting or the Dr. He's a good Dr Gupta. I see some people on hear complaining about the Dr an the staff. You need to show respect to get it in return. I want to thank Dr Gupta an his staff for all they have done for me. You all get a rating of a 100 .

Dr. Suresh Gupta is a crook. He is the worst person I have ever met. Pretty sure he is trafficking some drugs on the side. Terrible human, even worse doctor. Anyone who has ever done any sort of business with him, should be worried. If you are currently doing business with him, find a way out!!! Also, if Dr. SURESH GUPTA reads this, I hope you rot!

Horrible experience,felt like I was having surgery with no meds,my procedure was not performed by Dr.Gupta, It was done by Jared while he was training a nurse. Dr.Gupta did stick his head in and asked if they needed any help they said no and he left. When Jared asked the nurse did she take something out and she said yes she did, he told her she wasnt suppose to and now they had to put it back in I knew I was in trouble. I thought I was going to die. I was in so much pain,I was crying,and saying some very unlady like words I told them to stop they kept saying it was almost over. My leg is now worse and burns all the time before the procedure it felt numb. This is just my opinion of what I experienced if you decide to go here good luck and be carefu,

First visit, smiling and chatty for a minute. Just outside the exam room he was told that I was insured by Medicaid HMO, Caresource. He screamed, enraged, "CARESOURCE! CARESOURCE! I send her doctor good diet patients and he sends me CARESOURCE!" The rant continued as he turned and directed it AT me: "Well Ms. Caresource, I guess we all know how you make your living! I clearly didn't "get" his insult and he roughly pulled my shoulder to turn me and scowl at my back as he spat out, "cheap s**t." But he wasn't done yet. He silently read through my record then started on me again. "What's wrong with you? How stupid ARE you? You have EIGHT kids! Eight f***ing kids. Can you name all their fathers?" (I had all eight with my husband who dumped me for a newer model when #8 was a few months old...just to clarify.) ...back to Gupta: "It says here you went to college? You got a COLLEGE DEGREE then had eight more leaches just like yourself? SHAME! SHAME!" I bit my lip, fighting back tears and… embarrassment. His MA came in at that moment and, her back to us, pulled up various forms related to me on a computer. As she typed he caressed her shoulders, massaged her neck, ran his fingers through her hair and asked her several times, "How does that make you feel? Does it feel better? Where do you hurt?" I heard no response from her. He continued with the touchy feely stuff as he bent over to read over her shoulder. Having been sexually assaulted as a child and again as a very young adult, I was beyond creeped out and was frightened that the three of us were the ONLY people in the building. I didn't have long to think though. He spun on his heel and faced me menacingly before attacking the results of the urine drug test required when I checked in. I was wearing a Duragesic patch for around the clock pain control and taking UP TO two 7.5mg hydrocodone for break through pain. At bedtime I took 0.5mg of clonazepam to help me sleep. I tested positive for all three. They were prescribed by my family doctor because it took 16 months to get a pain management appointment. They were not only in my record but also in my baggie of medication I handed over on arrival as I was told to bring ALL PRESCRIBED MEDICATIONS to my appointment. Apparently this was lost on him as he began demanding to know who my dealer was, who gave me my drugs, where did I get my drugs. All the while his MA is urgently attempting to get his attention as she points to her computer screen and, ever so quietly states, "They're in here. They're prescribed." In comparison, the remaining minutes of my appointment were uneventful. He wrote a prescription to reduce my Duragesic patch by 25mcg, ordered physical therapy which was already being provided to me by PhysioTherapy Assoc but told me I had to switch to the PT he owned. I was to return in a month. The second appointment was worse than the first with him raging about my doctor sending me to him, demanding his MA give him my doctor's number so he could call him and tell him I was "a useless piece of sh!t" and he was going to turn him into the state board. Unfortunately his MA gave him the fax number. When he heard the fax handshake he lost it. Sounding insane, he cursed my doctor and lambasted me with foul names and insults. I was more scared than I've been in years and could no longer hold back my tears. He raged even louder and drew back his hand holding the phone as if to bring it down upon my head. I actually jumped behind the exam table and fully expected him to fling over it and beat me. His MA leaned down close to me and snapped at me to "Stop crying and get it together. It can get a lot worse if you don't." It was still another 30 minutes before I was permitted to leave. I didn't intend to return but was encouraged by a friend in the newspaper business to go to one last appointment and record the entire visit. I was terrified and could only return with my fiance at my side. Gupta displayed far more self control at this appointment but wasted very little time on words and dismissed me. My fiance was stunned and followed Gupta out of the office demanding that he acknowledge the anguish he'd caused me. Gupta didn't bother to respond AT ALL. My fiance, dismayed by Gupta's lack of compassion or decency, asked him, "What were you thinking, man? Don't you know ANYTHING about her? She's been a wreck since her last appointment here. What's the matter with you? Do you not know she's got PTSD?" We were both shocked when he responded flippantly, "Of course I knew. It's in her records." The man acts like a creepy, slimy near-pervert...a horrible, frightening monster inhabiting the body of a small east Indian man. Run!!

Today was the most unprofessional incounter I have ever experienced in my life. Beware somethings not right here.

Some of the Staff is friendly for the most part but Dr. Gupta is very rude and disrespectful, he talks to his patients any kinda way, as if you gotta sit their and accept it, he thinks that because most patients do take it, they are in fear of being dismissed from his practice. He has personally talked crazy to me twice and treated me inhumanly. not only that I was humiliated In front of everyone in the surgery waiting room. I've have personally talked to two make that three staff members and they talked to me about how bad he treats his patients, and informed me on the day that I was mistreated with such disrespect, to file a complaint with my insurance, and the state and inform me how bad the office is and that they the upper staff just don't care. I found that out for myself. Not only is he rude but his office manager and a lady name Fran is also rude, but hey what do you expect if the dr. Rude and talk crazy what do you think the staff is going to do, the same thing. If your… referred to this office run........ I wish their were more patients like myself that aren't afraid to speak up and speak out!!bout you as a person only the money. This place needs to be shut down.
