Dr. Suresh I Patel, MD

Doctor is not bad but Beware of Over billing and unfriendly staff. Long waits, over booking and rude. They do not care for customer loyalty. Over all experience very disappointing.

For a pediatrician this doctor isn't friendly. He took over my kids' pediatrician's practice and we had an very unpleasant experience with him, in addition his billing department messing up and over billed us and did not send the bill to your insurance company and its been over a year and they still can not get it right.

Dr. Patel is a nice and good doctor, he care so much about his patients and it surprises me to read all this negative reviews about him. One thing that I'm very sure of is that if you are a bad person no matter what someone does for you, you will always say something bad about them, so I will say to people that are writing bad review about Dr. Patel to check themselves out. Dr. Patel is thoughtful and caring person........

We have been with Dr. Patel since my daughter was born. She is now 17 and we still see him! He has much experience and was always able to diagnose her ailments, especially the kid stuff. They have always fit us in, even when busy and the staff is courteous and efficient. He's a good doctor.

This doctor needs to learn to speak clearly. His words are very unclear. He is speaking English in a jibberish manner. He is very difficult to understand. Think twice before selecting as your child's pediatrician. He loves to write unnecessary prescritions.

Worst staff

I used to be a patient of Dr. Patel and the only reason I switched was because my mom thought it would be better for me as a girl growing up to have a female doctor. But while he was my sisters and my pcp, he was excellent. He always took the time to help us explain what was wrong with us and wasn't ever impatient. He was really good with giving shots because he did it so fast you didnt notice. He was an excellent doctor although his staff was horrible. If you can deal with the staff then I recommend him, because he knows his stuff and has lots of experience.

Dr Patel has been a great doctor for our first child. We tried to interview numerous peds before selecting one and he was the only one who would call us back! while his office staff is not friendly, who cares? they aren't caring for my child, Dr. Patel is. he is always willing to answer my qustions and even takes an interest in asking my usband & i questions, getting to know us. he shows us what to do and what not to do, even draws diagarams and pictures so we won't forget when we get home. we are extremely happy! and he is also great out of the office-my ob prescribed a med i thought would conflict with breastfeeding and i called after hours and dr patel called me back and gave me the necessary info. at my sons next visit he brought it up-must have a made a note in his chart about the call. that is thorough.

The office staff is horrible.Doctor Patel seems a bit impatient and frustated.Being a first time eager parent i had lot of questions ..but the doctor never gave me a good and satisfying answer..instead used to get frustated if you ask questions ..there is minimum of 35 -40 mins of wait after taking an appointment..sick and well kids sit in same room..

Doctor Patel seems a bit impatient on being asked questions. Answers are very generic. Would prefer a pediatric with more specific on his/her response. Tough to reason or get clarity on any issues.
