If I could give Negative stars I would. This doctor double billed my insurance company, charged unbelievable fees and what his office staff did was totally unbelievable. I never received my throat culture results which I was told I would receive a call about. 10 days later I receive a call from the office saying "it would be in my best interest to call them back tomorrow" Because the words my best interest were used I was so afraid it was health related. My father had throat cancer so I knew it was in my family history. I called the next day and no one in the office could help me they told me to call and ask for Jessica the next day. For two nights I was worrying about what was possibly wrong with me including cancer. Finally I was able to get Jessica on the phone who said that it wasn't her that left the message but she did transfer me to the person that did. It was about paying a bill! Nothing to do with my health at all. The wording of that message scared the living… daylights out of me. She claimed she had to leave a message that way because of HIPAA, however when I asked her why couldn't she just say "Can you ask her to call the office" without in her best interest added she had no answer for me at all. After two nights of worrying about my health her condescending apology wasn't enough. I will no longer be going to this office. Also I need to add that HIPAA would have a field day with the violations in this office. Patients are asked to wait in the hallway while the doctor treats patients. I heard everything that happened in the office while the three people ahead of me were being treated. I advise everyone to do yourself a favor and do not ever make an appointment with this doctor.

Very nasty

Very bad experience at his office. He should not have a licence to be a dr.

I called the doctor and was hold for like 45 minutes to get the results for my son, whom my ex had brought to his office without my knowledge. He insisted that I bring my son in to prove I was his father, and then still did not give me the results, claiming that despite having joint custody, he could not tell me.

In my opinion,Dr.Malhotra is a fabulous surgeon,and ENT specialist. I had a car accident,with broken nose and complications and he helped me. I used to have adenoids and breathing problems, and he cleared all my problems. He is well known in the Asian Indian community and Professional and courteous.

I liked him , he seemed to be caring and gives enough time to a patient... He is empathic and professional. I liked his attitude and his words gave me courage to fight with an ethmoidal polyp that seemed as an aggressive mucocele on the CT Sinuses, ...... I wish him good luck.

His equiptment equipment was dirty, and he didnt check for what we went for. He prescriped us with drinkable medicine for hearing loss..... was giving all his pacients prescpriction of medicine, hes lousy ! DONT GO TO THIS DOCTOR ALL HE WANTS IS YOUR MONEY. Was was also rushing everyone.
