Dr. Surinder Kaur Mann, MD

I was the first appointment of the day and still had to wait 30 minutes. The office was freezing. She is not a friendly person who really cares about doing the best for her patients. She seemed to have a big ego, reminded me three times how many years she's been a doctor, and argued with me about what I needed. She had made her mind up and that was it.

I don’t feel she takes enough time with a patient. She always seems in a rush and shows no compassion towards the individual. The few times I’ve seen her, I’ve walked out of her office feeling very disappointed and still struggling with the pain I have that’s sent me to the ER multiple times.

Dr. Mann explained the procedure in detail beforehand. I chose to do the colonoscopy without sedation. The water helped make it more comfortable. Dr. Mann is very skillful at this procedure. I was so relieved to get this done as I was overdue at age 61. I experienced no pain just a feeling of fullness. Dr. Mann is the best !!

Unprofessional, interested to see more volume than quality of care. Told me that she cannot answer my questions as she has to see other patients. Told me I have to get procedures done but do not tell me what for. Also, painful to write but surinder Mann has a very bad breath.

The worst of the worst doctor I met. worst ever. Only interested to make money, does not care about patient. Asked me for repeat colonoscopy since she has no time. Giving her one star, as cannot give her less than that

Dr. Mann has a terrible bedside manner. She was rushed and impatient and did not take an interest in my condition. She was unprofessional and lack any knowledge of my condition. I refused to go back and was referred to a different gastro doctor who was just the opposite. So find a different doctor to begin with!
