Dr. Susan Alvaran Alcasid, MD

I have not went to this doctor, but my daughter did, she was dealing with stomach issues for over a year and she treated my daughter like she was making more out of then it What it really was. My daughter decided to go to another doctor, thank God and after one visit to a reputable doctor the problem was diagnosed In one visit because the other doctor LISTENED to what my daughter was telling her. Turned out my daughter has a stomach infection, and if not treated could lead to stomch cancer. It is now being treated, because another doctor did their job the way it should of been done over a year ago. I would not recommend this doctor, she is rude, does not care about her patient's, and in my opinion should not be practicing medicine.

I was seeing this doctor for over a year I went in on numerous times with the same problem all she wanted to do was prescribe medicine I went back and told her it didn't work she did nothing... So long story short I started seeing a new doctor and in 1 visit she ordered test to find out what was wrong and found out by one of the test it's an infection in my stomach. So I had to deal with this for over a year because Dr Alcasid didn't ask for a simple stool sample...

She was the strangest, rudest, most unprofessional doctor I have ever had the displeasure of associating with.

I have visited this Dr. several times and the main thing that I can say about her is that she is rude. Every time I have visited this office she does not say hello or anything to that nature when she enters the room, she just gets straight to business. When I am trying to understand something that she is trying to explain or if I try to ask any questions she seems to be offended and talks down to me. On another note she seemed to follow up very well with any lab results.

Dr. Susan Alcasids attitude was one of indifference to our Mother. Initially she had not done a thorough blood test evaluation on Mom as any competent internist would have done and was offended when asked about one. Alcasid did not have any clear answers for weeks as to what Mom was suffering from. She wasted valuable time with pointless visits to her office, tests with no clear diagnosis, as Mom continued to suffer needlessly. This went on for at least 3 months until the last 24 hours of Moms life, when we implored Alcasid for some clear answers for Mom. Alcasid finally told us there was no hope. Mom ended up in hospice and by the next morning at 7:29am, Mom had died. Dr. Alcasid was more like a clueless, general practitioner than a well-trained, competent internist. We will forever regret having our Mother go to her. We would not recommend her to anyone.

Would not inform me about tests or at least update me on how long till they would be finished
