Did not address high blood pressure. 161 over 96. Did not take interest in morbidly swelling in right leg. She did put bandage on two blisters that were running. Not enough information given on kidney doctor. Physical therapy referrals were to far from DuPage County. Pace bus cannot service . I'm unable to drive.Outside of Dupage
