Susan L Benson, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Benson for almost 7 years. She moved her office over 25 miles from my home and I did not give her up.I followed her without hesitation. She is an excellent physician and person. She is very thorough, gentle and pleasant. Her staff is courteous and dependable. The office is immaculate.

I have to admit that several years ago, after a bad experience with a female physician, I swore I would never go back to any female doctor, ever!! When my family physician recommended Dr. Benson, I was really nervous about seeing her. After one visit, she won me over! I cannot say enough good things about her! She is very professional, has an excellent beside manner, has an easily-likable personality, really listened to me, diagnosed and treated my illness accurately. I felt like she really wanted to know me as a patient and did not brush me off. She spent a lot of time with me at my appointment, something I am not use to. Most of the time I feel like the doctor has one foot out of the door when I still have questions to ask. Not so with Dr. Benson. She is very thorough. I very highly recommend her!
