I have been a patient of Dr Bergman's for 22 years. She is my primary care Dr. I have had a rough road at times and she had always been there for me. She treats my MS & complications from the disease as well as other medical & family issues. She treats the whole patient with Dignity & Respect, she deeply cares for ALL of her patients. I w3as seen in the Framingham office and she is one of the most caring doctors I think I have ever come in contact with and really knows her stuff. Also her assistant is so friendly and pleasant to deal with whether it be in person or on the phone

I have a few unusual diseases and a rare form of Muscular Dystrophy. I met Dr. Bergman in a Nursing home that I was inpatient. I was so afraid and ill with my condition, and a young to be in a Nursing Home. She helped me so much, and understood how my muscles weaken quickly. She had me fitted perfectly for a power wheelchair and so much more. I really think she is awesome! I am going to see her again (it's been a while), and I'm looking forward to her help.

Dr Bergman has been my primary doctor since 1996, when I broke my neck. She has been caring and responsive throughout, and she always takes what I say seriously. She shares a great deal of information, and is very generous with her time.I would unequivocally recommend her.

I met Dr Bergman years ago at the MS Clinic where she would give me injections in my legs to help ease the Pain.Due to many complications with my Medical History,Dr's were getting frustrated with what to do with me.It was then in talking to Dr Bergman that she opened her panel and My insurance accepted her as my Primary care doctor.I have been so Happy for the last 12 years knowing that she is watching over me. Dr Bergman treats ALL of her patients with Professionalism as well as putting them at ease and addressing EVERY concern they have. When you are in the office with her,You NEVER feel rushed,she takes all the time you both need to come up with a plan.Dr Susan Bergman treats the whole patient,you never feel like a number at a deli,you leave there feeling like"Wow she really listened and she is going to help me".
