Dr. Susan Wolfrum Best, DO

Dr Best is anything but. She dropped my mother as a patient when she change practices and left mom without a PCP at 82 yrs old! She refused to refill mom’s meds even though Dr Best was the one to prescribe. There is no other back story to this other than irresponsibility on Dr Best’s part. She took an oath to do no harm and guess what???

The worst staffed doctors office in Naples. They don't answer phone's or call you. It takes several calls to get a script filled. Women at desk is rude and lies. One excuse after the other. Stay away!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Best for several years now and her diagnosis, professionalism and caring have helped to keep us alive. I am a cancer patient and her quick and accurate response to a lump is one reason I am still alive.

I found her to be quick, and more delicate on a assistant, her dismissive ways about pain is remarkable and cold hearted.i would never recommend her to anyone,my mother is 88 with shingles and we were told that she couldn't write anything for pain, get a clue how to treat patients, she didn't even follow up to see her again her assistant. I am a health professional and I accompanied a family member to her appointment who is elderly and frail. Dr. Best is condescending, rude and unprofessional. She does not, truly, listen, but make snap judgments and decisions. She also is not current in her treatment recommendations. She misdiagnosed the cause of my family member's dizziness and forgot details that had been explained to her earlier during the appointment.

I went to Dr Best and she rushed through and told me I could talk when she was done. By the time she was done talking I forgot half the things I wanted to go over. I switched doctors and I just found out they lost my medical records.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Best for 2 years and she has always listened attentively and provided excellent medical care. I am an RN and know many physicians and specialists in the area and would recommend Dr. Best to friends and family.

Totally unprofessional and condescending will never go back
