I appreciate Dr Bienert’s prompt style - very little waiting - THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!! Her mannerism is straightforward - she listens, asks questions to get a clear picture of what is going on and responds with advice.

I was a patient for over 10 yrs never had any real issues but as other noted she has a poor bedside manner. But once I had an issue, she showed she had no clue. I wouldn't recommend if you require anything other than a general check up and the occasional maintenance med.

Same Dr same experiences this Dr is very cold and no personality. Am like the other patient I dreaded my annual check up too. Totally agree with her this Dr makes you feel like your a bother to her always annoyed or irritated to see you. Don't go to her if I can give zero definitely she deserve it.

I found Dr. Bienert to be cold with no personality, who acts as if she is doing you a favor by showing up even when you mention you were left I n the exam room for almost a half hour. Each visit was the same, you need to lose weight. Naturally my request for a referral to a dietican was denied but told if I wanted to see one, they aren't that expensive, maybe $100 a visit. It got to the point that I dreaded going for my annual checkup. My friends could not believe some of Dr. Bienert's comments and begged me to get a new doctor but I kept going since the office was convenient to home but now the practice is going to MDVIP and that was the last straw; I finally had enough. Can you believe they want me to pay an additional $1600 on top of my insurance payments for the privilege of being Dr. Bienert's patient? Trust me Dr. Bienert isn't worth it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bienert's for over 10 years She is very smart and very quick......Also, very knowledgeable, professional and makes excellent referrals. She is an excellent Dr. and I always speak very highly of her to others in the medical community and beyond. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

Susan has been my Dr. for about 12 years. I have always found her to be a good listener and an excellent Dr. She really stresses taking care of yourself and encourages a good diet and exercise during most visits. She is not the type to prescribe meds for every little malady. I really like that she doesn't feel complied to prescribe something every time I visit. I have been very happy with her over the years.

Very kurt. She has one of the worst bedside manners of anybody I have ever met.
