Have been going to this doctor for more than a decade with family. We simply grew to trust them over the years. But their real character of service came recently when I was going out of the country and would benefit from a pair. Things went wrong with less than a day to spare with the frame broken. They went to the extent of going to the best jeweler in town for a fix with the best temporary glass available locally till I came back. All at thier labor and cost though not really thier fault. It's not just an outstanding Doctor but a dedicated people loving team behind her. I would have no hesitation in recommending her place.

Dr Blair charged me $1,700 over insurance coverage for a multifocal lens for cataract surgery. The surgery was throughly botched. Everything Dr Blair told me to expect came out the opposite. She made my two eyes opposites of each other. She also wrote a very poor glasses perscription so the I cannot see well close up or far away. I strongly recommend that you do not get surgery from her. She is not competent.

Although I was placed in an exam room fairly quickly, I waited over an hour for the doctor who was running behind schedule. There was no communication between staff and me informing me why I was delayed so long in seeing the doctor. She arrived and seemed very rushed, but very competent. She tried to blame me for the time issue because I wanted to be fitted for contacts as well as glasses, but for goodness sake, that was why I was there. I have one yearly exam. I was not the reason she was late in getting to my appt. They also have a very limited and dated supply of glasses/frames to select from, which was disappointing. Their contacts are quite more expensive than Wal-mart who sells the same product.
