Dr. Susan Denise Borchers, MD

Difficult to speak to, ran a battery of expensive tests before addressing my specific complaint for which she had to refer me to someone else which could have occurred before the expensive tests. Aloof and generally difficult, I do not recommend.

Great support staff Physician lacks bedside manner and empathy. Difficult to get an appointment!

She doesn't listen, she doesn't show interest, she won't prescribe meds, she recommended drug free treatment and I'm a veteran insomniac! She's ugly too

Dr. Borchers has been my doctor for over 10 years. She has been the best doctor I've ever had. She is caring and compassionate. She diagnosed and treated my pulmonary condition and I've never felt better. She is highly intelligent and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Borchers is my asthma doctor for about 4 years. She is wonderful along with her nurses. I have never waited longer than maybe 15 minutes for her. She answered all of my questions and reviewed all of my tests results with me in a timely manner. She has never made me feel rushed or that she was in a hurry to get to the next patient. She knows what she is doing. Since I have been under her care, I have had almost no asthma attacks, so she does know what she is doing. However, some (not all)the office staff are not really friendly and the office is difficult to get a hold of, thus making any follow-up need as in a telephone call difficult to facilitate with Dr. Borchers.

I have seen Dr. Borchers for about 3 years for my asthma and she has been wonderful. I have never felt rushed when I was there, she answered all of my questions, and her nurses are nice, the office staff maybe not so much. I would recommend her to anyone for the treatment of asthma

This doctor is only an internist and should not be doing sleep studies. She is a waste of money for you and your insurance company. Her non diagnosis could actually be harmful.

lied to me and to my other medical providers. I threatened to sue and was never charged for any visits, for two sleep labs or for any follow ups. Saw her at the initial appointment when she walked in, shook my hand and left. After that, I had to fight to see her nurse practitioner. I've never had such a difficult time getting an appointment. They refused to provide me with sleep lab results and then told all of my medical providers that I would not return her attempts to contact me (none were made) and that I refused treatment. When brought to the attention of Ohio Health, I never incurred the first penny of charges. Avoid her at all cost.
