The staff does not answer the phone. They claim to be at lunch from 12 to 1pm, but you can call every 15 minutes after that and get the same message.

Had to change my GP because he retired. She obviously didn't read any info on intake chart. Rude, bored and distracted. Challenged me on what I knew to be my condition as verified by previous doctor of 20 years. Staff discourteous and incompetent. Could not even send lab request electronically as directed (twice!) Do NOT go to this doctor, find someone else, please.

Dr.Burgess was my doctor since I was a little girl! She was great, and I trusted her with my care. She just recently moved and I am disappointed that I had to find a new primary care physician. She took the time to listen to my problems and she always seemed like she genuinely cared. Highly recommend her.

I went to her because I was having panic attacks .she didn't want to listen to what i have to say ,within 5 minutes,she put me on xanax and zoloft, my panic attacks got worse I was hospitalized first time in my life.I went to another doctor he told me i had magnesium deficiency it was causing my panic attacks. and after two month now I am cured, no more panic attacks.I threw the xanax and zoloft that she prescribe to me in the trash.I will never forgive her for what I had to go through because of her.

If you don't mind scheduling an appointment only to find out the doctor isn't even in the office, this is the doctor for you. If you want to have your apointment rescheduled without your knowledge, this is the facility for you. If you have blood work scheduled to be ompleted the same day as your appointment, but the tech is not scheduled on that same day, this is the office for you. Bottom line: Long wait time, spends very little time with patients, visits feel rushed once with doctor, staff seems forced to make excuses for the doctors lack of professionalism in honoring appointments and if actually ill, it's difficult to be seen by the doctor. GO TO ANYONE ELSE!!!

Staff are not very courteous. Dr. Burgess does seem kind and courteous but you can get that most anywhere if that's all you're looking for. If you are looking for a THOROUGH and complete examination and treatment and diagnosis DO NOT GO HERE. She spends VERY little time with you. It seems as though she just wants to get you in and out the door quickly. This is not a very competent doctor in my opinion. My parent is still not doing well! Thanks for doing nothing!

Staff is rude, very impersonal. As the previous reviewer she spends very little time with you. She's friendly and courteous but that doesn't mean a thing.

This physicians office staff was uncaring. The office staff insisted on attempting to tell me what I should have done rather than to help me get a timely appointment. I am actually transferring my care to another physician.

Dr. Burgess is a excellent doctor. If you are sick she makes sure that she sees you so that you do not suffer. The wait in the waiting room is often only 5 minutes but you might wait a bit in the exam room because she takes her time with every patient, and when she gets to you she will take her time with you
