Dr. Susan P. Campanile, MD

I've seen this doctor twice now and both times she came across as arrogant and dismissive. Both times I felt like I wasted a trip going to see her. Nothing was resolved. She also does not look at you when speaking. She gives you her back or looks at her laptop. It's just plain rude to not look at someone when they are expressing their health concerns. It's really frustrating finding good doctors but seeing this doctor is pointless. I will search for a new doctor. It's a shame because the other doctors are great and staff is very friendly.

I was so used to 4 hour waits to see my previous physician. Yes, 4 hours! I only had to wait about ten minutes at Dr. Canpanile's office. Her demeanor was warm and caring. I really couldn't believe that she called on a Saturday (her office was closed!) when my tests came back. Really incredible. She, and her office staff, are highly professional yet personable. I feel very fortunate!

Dr is serious and focused but has a chilly manner. Offered to prescribe antibiotics even after admitting they would be ineffective - highly irresponsible in my view. Always seems in a rush and eager to move on to next patient. Office staff is friendly but don't expect help getting insurance issues resolved.
