I was very apprehensive to see a chiropractor to help with my lumbar stenosis, but after dealing with daily pain I went to see Dr. Carter. Her treatment immediately lowered my pain level; she continued to work on me until I was able to be pain free. I would recommend Dr. Carter to anyone who has back issues without surgery. I give her and her staff 10 gold stars!

any patient has expectation of a Dr. being caring, well Dr.Susan Carter should not even be consider as a "care provider", what she has provided to me as her patient only frusturation, discouragement, carelessness, ingnorance, etc. She never cared what my lab results were and how am I doing or feeling throughout my pregnancy and even during delivery. All of my kids are born really close to the due date and a week before my due date she told me that she will be very upset if I'll have contractions and will call her on the day of the football game. At first I thought she was kidding but then I realized she was totally serious. Even though I end up delivering my baby the next day after the football game she still wasn't with me the whole time during my delivery, my nurse bless her heart was with me 99.9% during the delivering and almost delivered my baby. I guess Dr. got a chance to catch my baby when it came out. I would never want her to be my careless "dr." again ever and would not… recomend her to anybody. I guess some people go to medical school not because they have a calling to be a care provider and care for people but a calling to make money by using people for their own advantage.

While Dr. Carter was prompt and her staff and office were all very nice, my experience with her was awful. She consistently interrupted me, disregarded my concerns, and generally treated me like an ignorant fool despite the fact that I made an effort to gather all the details I could about my ailment for her. I can see where she would be a very good doctor for general cases, but to me she was close-minded, cold, and completely unhelpful.

Dr. Carter is very knowledgeable, professional, and has an amazing bedside manner. Her explanations are thorough, she relays the information to the patient in a manner that is understandable, and she has the answers to the questions asked. Her office staff is amazing and they keep the office running efficiently.
