Doctor Cavender is an excellent doctor. Why? Because she truly cares about providing her patients with good care. A patient is more than just a number to her. She listens well. She is helpful and very kind as well as intelligent. If you have a health problem. She will work with you and for you to find a solution or best avenue of care to take. She is awesome. Now with that said, the wait in the waiting room is longer than it maybe should be. However, you do not mind once you see her yourself, because she does not rush you like most physicians. It is well worth the wait to know I'm shown the same courtesy as are other patients, once I am in the exam room. Dr. Cavender is wonderful. I trust her.

Each n everytime I have taken my 84 yr old Mother for her appointments we are made to wait an abnormal amount of time. Last visit which was today 08.10.2018 was 2 hours from her scheduled appointment time! In no flippin way is this right. I understand emergency’s but here was no today and this is complete HS!
