She completed her residency at ULCA – San Fernando Valley Medical Center California in 1998. Followed by a Nephrology Fellowship at ULCA – San Fernando Valley Medical Center, Department of Internal Medicine from 1998-2000.
Dr. Chang is a member of the American College of Physicians and the International Society of Nephrology. She was at Kaiser Permanente, in Los Angeles and Bakersfield, before joining California Kidney Medical Group in 2007.
