My first visit, she and her assistant were both late getting to work. Hardly listen to me, only in the room for a few minutes, rushed through and just scheduled several test. I cannot even get her to call and go over the test, I have asked her assistant to have her call and she is either on vacation or unavailable. Nurse seemed bothered by me calling. I still have no idea what's wrong. Looking for another dr. Why scheduled new patients if you do not have the time to at least listen or seem concerned.

I have been a patient for a few years. Happy with the care but as an established patient it takes a month to get in to see Dr. Coe. This is unacceptable when there is a pertinent condtion that needs to be addressed..The web page boast same day or next dayappointments..false.

Dr. Coe did not remember that she was doing a colonoscopy to examine a mass that showed up on an MRI. She “forgot.” That is what medical records are for.

Dr. Coe was excellent!! She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to listen. She explained everything in detail. My EGD/Colonscopy went very well and I would definitely recommend her to others.

Went in with husband with severe stomach pain. Waited hour and half. Did blood work and sent us for STAT ct Had to wait for results til the end of the day....was told she was seeing patients and would call us later. Went for recheck two days later..she sent us directly to Eastside ER with no notes or CT results. I had to walk over myself and get a copy. Office argued with whoever was supposed to bring over. Husband was admitted, she of course never came, sent PA from office, rude as crap. He was in hospital for 5 days.... Never heard a word from them or office Worse treatment ever...too big of practice to be nice or even follow up I gave 1 star because I couldn't give a review BUT I GIVE NO STARS CRAPHOLE

Susan coe is a joke Ok l am going on a rant. The state of healthcare is ridiculous When l had my open heart surgery my ammonia levels were 145. The doctor said that was the highest they had seen in a living person, l had to stay 5 extra days because this caused me to be catatonic for the first 3 days it took till day 7 before l could put a whole sentence together and on the 9th day l had psychosis. I recently went to the doctor that saw me while l was in the hospital, to get bloodwork done. They called said my liver function was a little high but nothing to worry about. I asked what my ammonia levels were, they didn't run them. I had to put my foot down and demand that they run it because you can just drop dead from high ammonia levels. I went this past Monday, then called left several messages to get the results. At 6:40 tonight l got a text from Kroger saying my prescription was ready. I called and asked what was it for. They said Lactulose. The doctor Susan Coe just called it in… never called me to tell me anything. She had no idea if the pharmacy would call me. I called the after hours number and got the on call dr. My levels were 163 higher than in the hospital. Guess who is getting cursed out on Monday. That is malpractice. Ugh, l have to be adamant YOU HAVE TO ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF BECAUSE THE DRS DO NOT CARE. YOU HAVE TO QUESTION THEIR REASONING AND DIAGNOSIS' BECAUSE THEY WILL LET YOU DROP DEAD. THEN IT'S LIKE OOPS. THE ON CALL DR SAID IF YOU BECOMR NOT LUCID CALL 911. I SAID I'LL BE SURE TO TELL MY CAT WHAT TO DO. I SAID I AM IN THE HOUSE ALONE. HE JUST GOT QUIET. A$$HOLES.

I went to see Dr. Coe at the Mayo CLinic and she was awesome.. I felt comfortable with her. She made me feel like I was her only patient.I would and will continue to see Dr Coe for my follow up care..
