Dr. Susan Mary Danek, MD

I've been going to Dr. Danek since I was a kid and she's always been awesome. She will go out of her way to make sure I get my test results ASAP, and has even called me on her personal time so I would know my diagnoses. Her and her staff are always kind and helpful.

I have been seeing Dr. Danek for over 20 years. She is a great doctor, but also a really nice person. Takes time with you, answers your questions, actually treats you like a human, not just a number. I dread the day that she retires.

After reading some of these reviews I just want to comment on Dr. Danek. I noticed that some were concerned about the lack of time spent with them when they were squeeezed in when they needed to see her. Wow! Do you realize you are taking up others time who had scheduled appointments? In talking with others it is unheard of to have a Dr. to squeeze you in. She deserves our thanks. She has been our family Dr. for years and I have found her to always be professional, personable, and caring. she's one of a kind. I liken her to the old country Dr. Home visits are a thing of the past. Dr. Danek models that old fashion Dr. Thank you for all you do and the care and concern you have shown our family.

Very caring and concerned with my health

I've been going to Dr.Danek for over 10 yrs. My now deceased parents went to her also. My parents adored her. When I have my 6 mo. checkups she always spends time with me. We even cried together about my parents passing. Yes she does seem a little rushed when I have an unscheduled appointment but always manages to squeeze me in to her busy day. She always gets back to me on my lab work. The nurses call me if anything is wrong. When I need a referral I always get it within 2 to 3 days.

I have been a long time patient of Dr danek. She has always been able to see me or my family members. But as for her rude unhappy front staff, they need to go! all 3 are very unprofessional . As for the back office nurses they are extremely nice and helpful, if it wasn't for them my family would had switched doctors along time ago.

I really like Dr.Danek,but Ive only seen her once. She really listens and takes the time to talk to you. Her back office person was great too. Th front office really needs to polish up on their patient customer service. Not friendly at all. Appointments get screwed up, and when confronted they act as if it were your fault. Who gives an appointment 3 months in advanced.,when they originally told you 3 weeks,you show up and they act like its your fault. So far the doctor is good,but we will see. Right now I would recommend her,but your going to have to deal with front office....Good Luck.

Very proactive Doctor

Great doctor! After seeing the same doctor for many years and ALWAYS being disappointed. I am so happy to have found Dr. Danek. She listens and pays attention to more than most Drs I have seen. She has always returned calls and has gone above and beyond.
