Dr. Susan Lee Dasta, DO

After suffering lots of headache she diagnosed me with one MRI my Chiari malformation and syringomalia she is listening really good answers all questions and fallow up with you . Thank her alot for being always there

Getting basic medical care from this doc is like trying to pull a heavy load up a slippery hill. You can invest a lot of effort without making much progress. Between the doc and the office staff, they just don't follow through.

If she moves again it will be the third time in six years!!!!!!!!

She seems disconnected from the fact that she's supposed to help patients be healthy. She picks and chooses which health conditions she wants to treat and then barely treats them. She's not up to date so can't discuss newer treatments or prevention methods. Her staff can be friendly at times but are happy to neglect their duties or be very rude at other times. She simply doesn't seem duty-bound or curious about symptoms, conditions, or prevention. It's as though she has a routine she follows with everyone regardless of their individual conditions. Reviews off her site are more accurate.

I had one new patient physical with Dr. Dasta. She disregarded my concerning symptoms, even though I asked her what could be causing them. So, I changed doctors. The new doctor paid close attention to my symptoms, ordered tests on a rush basis, and got me an appointment with a specialist that week. I received treatment within days of my initial visit, and it's a good thing I did. The specialist told me I was at serious risk for permanent damage due to lack of treatment for my chronic condition that I didn't know I had. All I knew was that I had the symptoms that Dr. Dasta didn't take seriously. I hate writing negative reviews, but it's only fair to let other people know what happened.

Do NOT! go this person , gives every doctor in the branch a bad name. Non caring , does not listen , is only afraid of not making her purse bigger just do not tell her personal things about yourself she will make up her own mind without even doing any homework on her patients life, disabilities, problems ETC.

Dr. Dasta is closing her office. And moving out of state. I will miss Dr. Dasta and her staff. I am hearing impaired and Dr. Dasta makes sure she is facing me when she talks to me. She makes sure I understand what she is saying. And I appreciate a doctor who will do that.

It took me more than 6 months to get a sleep study done because the nurse couldn't figure out how to submit the request to the insurance and it took me going in there and causing a fuss to get it done. Also after hearing my symptoms (for the third time) Dr Dasta said "well we should schedule a sleep study" to which I responded "THATS WHAT YOU SAID 5 MONTHS AGO"

Love me some Dr

My experience with Dr. Dasta has been consistently good. I can always get in quickly and the wait is not long. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. I also like that she and her nurse will answer the questions they can over the phone, rather than requiring a visit just to ask some questions. She has provided great care and I recommend her highly.
