Dr. Susan Ann Davies, MD

Dr. Davies is very hands-off with patients, and doesn't even come in to work until all the early morning "cattle call" appointments (for labs/ultrasounds) are done. Patients are left to try and deal with Aanal, her PA, who is rude and dismissive and rarely answers calls or emails. Whenever a patient wants to meet with Dr. Davies, the staff reacts like the Munchkins did when Dorothy demanded to see the Wizard of Oz, which is... really weird. Between the unprofessional atmosphere, lack of transparency, and "one size fits all" approach to IVF procedures, patients should do their research (and some soul-searching) before signing on with this clinic.

We had two successful experiences . we absolutely loved the doctor and her team. Very proffetional and trust worthy, don't hesitate go for it you will never regret !!

After struggling for 5 years to have a child, I finally shared my journey with my doctor and 3 friends. EVERYONE told me to go see Dr Davies and I am so thankful that I did. From my first phone call to the office (which was warm and welcoming) to the time that I set foot into the beautiful office, I felt like I was home. Dr Davies took as much time as I needed and explained things in a kind and professional way. I always felt like I was her only patient. Her staff is top notch and beyond respectful. My struggles lead me to her and her remarkable team and for their help I can not say thank you enough.

Dr Davies and her entire staff made my struggle with infertility much better. I truly felt like everyone cared about me and listened to me. Because of their care, support and dedication, I have been blessed with my miracle. I cannot thank Dr Davies enough!

They are not very flexible to accommodate the patient's need in terms of scheduling appointments.Doctor looks nice and listens to you, but you don't see her around much.The support staff do not follow up with you unless you keep knocking the door.

Amazing doctor who takes the time and effort to listen to bring me the facts and results that no one else could deliver! Staff is top notch and really guided and supported me. I will always be grateful!

I'm concerned that I have only seen the doctor during the first consult, and then during the hospital visit to put the eggs back in. Since then I do have to say she has returned calls promptly, but she does not call and check up on her patients on her own. I am also concerned because she has two nurses and one of them has told me different diagnoses and then later in the day the head nurse tells me something different. I feel that I can't trust the staff to lead me in the right direction. Since my IVF failed, and she led me to believe this would be so easy since I'm so young, and I am due to miscarry,... I am about to seek a different fertility clinic with a better success rate, and better doctors.
