Dr Davis is very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very kind. I am grateful to be under her care. I would give her ten stars if it were possible.

Dr. Davis, has been a God sent Doctor. Always professional, kind, courteous. She saved my Mother's life.

Dr Davis charges twice as much as my last endocrinologist! My insurance only gives me a small discount so the bill was a shock. Furthermore she asked the nurse to do bloodwork but never discussed the tests with me either before or after they were done. Again, I was horrified to see the bill for all kinds of tests unrelated to my condition. The final blow was when I attempted to get a prescription from this doctor. Two weeks of corresponding via email resulted in their office telling me that I needed to either see my GP or else come back in for another consultation. Reallllllly????

I am so happy to have Dr. Susan Davis as a part of my health care plan. She is thorough, caring and always makes sure that my questions are answered.

I attribute the wait time and "lack of" ease of appt. being medicare-HMO related. Once in though, Dr. Davis is the only endo / doctor in my life to do a "detailed hands-on exam" of my thyroid. She has been the only one to try varied doses of my meds to get me stabilized, as well as, the only doctor to educate me that one can have the same symptoms being over medicated as under medicated. Upon learning thyroid management from her, I went back to my open-minded (UCLA) PCP who also possesses a team approach to my thyroid condition, but where I get prompt attention to both my appointments and wait time.

If you want to die from diabetes, would be a good idea to see her.

Dr. Davis takes her time and worked with me with my Grave's disease. I am grateful to have her as my endocrinologist. She listens and worked with me so now I am in remission! Healthy!

After 3 emergency hospital intakes in 1 month, and visits to another endocrinologist, cardiologist and gynecologist... with no diagnosis, I was clearly in need of finding a doctor who was going to SPEND THE TIME to examine ALL the pieces of my health 'puzzle'. I found Dr Davis via www.vitals.com and selected her based on her specialty, years of experience and assoc. with a top ranked hospital. Now under her care I am VERY happy. She is empathetic, displayed genuine concern and a strong desire to determine a diagnosis. Davis took a detailed health history (actually wrote two pages of notes- never seen a Dr be so thorough with their examination). She spent time redoing tests- even simple things like taking someone's blood pressure... correctly.Unlike the other Dr's... I did not walk away with a quick diagnosis and Rx for pills. I had conflicting blood test results, so we did them again. Yes, there were many tests, but Davis explained why, and she mapped out a course of action.… Essentially she (and her nurse) takes her position as a specialist seriously, realizes that people come to her in need of expert diagnosis and care... and that is exactly what you get. As a result I am switching all my Western medical care over to UCLA- I found that UCLA's system really streamlines the medical process as Dr can easily access patient records and test results. Davis and team take pride in what they do, and they are good at it!

Excellent doctor but front office staff is unpleasant, cold, unresponsive and generally horrible to deal with.
