She is the doctor you want when you face a serious illness. You may have to wait a while in the waiting room, but that is because she is thorough and caring with everyone. I have been a long time patient of this practice. I owe my life to her practice and staff. Not just a great doctor but also a great person. She will not sugar coat, but will always tell you like it is yet, always with respect, dignity and sincerity.

I waited a long time coming as an outsider to get in for my initial appointment but have had no delay in scheduling since. And she's close to appointment time as well. No long waits in the waiting area. Doctor Susan met me once, and suggested things no other physician had ever suggested for me and was very close to finding what the solution to my ailments over these past few years were, with that initial consultation. I have been a patient ever since, and feel like her time is my time. I've never felt that way about a doctor before. She comes with a breadth of knowledge and understanding. She was definitely worth the wait.

Excellent diagnostician. Listens to her patients and does not rush them. My husband and I have been going to her for years. She was very supportive to my husband when he was dying.
