Dr. Susan Ebel, MD

Has no compassion for people in shock, pain, and bleeding profusely . Very arrogant and self absorbed. Cold and callous. This woman should be the floor cleaner not the Dr caring for people as she doesn't seem to have the smarts nor the care to work with people. Just horrible!!

Dr. Ebel is not a traditionlist physician. She does nto listen to her patients cares and needs. I spent 3 visits in the St. Vincent Family Clinic, Little Rock, Ar, for simple bronchitis.Dr. Ebel put me on 2 different medications before "figuring out" what the exact problem was. I gave her & the medical staff all necessary information needed to "quickly" diagnose my care. Instead I spent time away from work and became very upset with my care. I voiced my opinion to Dr. Ebel about how she handled "my" level of care. It was unnecessary for me to be on medication that I did nto need. Costing me time and money. Instead of taking this as a private session between patient and doctor,Dr. Ebel in the end showed no profeesionalism or comradery & took the easy way out by relasing patients from care.Basically, if you disagree with your care to Dr. Ebel, she will realease you form her care instead of taking it as counseling to provide better care individually. These kind of doctors have helped… society lose faith in the judgment and trust.

I saw Dr. Ebel in the St. Vincent Family Clinic as an urgent care walk-in. I was there for a tooth that was knocked out in an accident. When I explained this to her she rolled her eyes and asked me if I had seen my dentist, and I told her that I had called him that morning but he was unable to see me. She then told me she was not a dentist and wouldn't do anything for me. I was hoping to save myself money and a trip to the ER, but I wound up in the ER anyway. Her attitude was unprofessional and I don't recommend her.
