Dr. Susan Randi Ehrenthal, DO

If you have unexplained chronic pain, do not go to see Dr. Ehrenthal. Appointments are incredibly rushed. One appointment was under 30 minutes and one was approximately 5 minutes. She does not listen to patients and is condescending and combative in her explanations. Can only provide generic insights into what might help with your pain and disregards you if you say you have already tried and are still trying to the best of your ability what was recommended. Writes biased and stigmatizing care notes full of assumptions that could negatively affect any subsequent care you receive. Seek help elsewhere.

Only appointment available was 7 weeks after referral. Two weeks prior to appointment get a call saying "we have to cancel, we don't take your insurance". When asked why I'm just getting that info now.... "sorry, we're really busy". Now I'm back to square one. Don't know what Dr. Erenthal is like as her doctor, but if her office management is so poor I'll never fine out.

Doesn't listen.

Dr. Ehrenthal took the time to explain my problems where other doctors did not.

A wonderful bright and caring Doctor- so happy to have found her. She has treated several members of our family and treats the whole individual as a human being. Thank you Dr. E!

I have found Dr. Susan Ehrenthal to be phenomenal doctor. She is what all doctors should aspire to be and a rare find in the medical world. I have found her to be compassionate, accessible, and also intelligent enough to be able to analyze my friend's symptoms and create a treatment regimen tailored to his needs--whereas most doctors pretend to listen, throw a prescription at you and rush you out.We are blessed to be working with her!
