Dr. Susan Willig Fan, MD

When I was six years old, I decided I wanted to be a doctor, like my father. I chose Radiology because image interpretation fascinated me as a medical student. I am glad to say that after 14 years of practice, it still does. In addition to my duties at Jacinto MRI and Diagnostic, I am on the faculty at Baylor College of Medicine and teach residents part time at Ben Taub General Hospital. I have two children, a son in college and a daughter in high school. So far, neither one has expressed an interest in a medical career but I refuse to give up hope. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, swimming, and reading. I love antiques, and I can frequently be found at yard sales and flea markets hoping to find bargains on American Art Pottery and early twentieth century clocks to decorate my 98 year old Victorian home.
