Horrible, rude, and disinterested in truly helping patients. STAY AWAY!

I just recently took my mom there for high blood pressure. This is her PCP! My mom has no history of high BP but she had very high elevated levels for 2-3 days(high risk). I also consulted with family members who are in cardiology that said something needs to be done. Dr. Favour was rude, rushed us out, was disrespectful to me and said she has no issues. I asked for blood work to be done and she said no she's fine. I told her she has been dizzy and lightheaded but she kept saying there is nothing I can do for her. She also patronized me and said I can send her to a cardiologist since you seem to know medicine. When we got home, my mom's BP again was extremely high. There is a condition called "masked hypertension" (look it up). I rushed her to an urgent care and we were able to get the best care from the doctor. The doctor there was shocked nothing was done. My mom is doing great today because of the care she received at an urgent care NOT Dr. Favour her PCP!! Blood work, a low dosage… BP prescription, and lifestyle suggestions were given to her. If you care for anyone close to you, do NOT bring her to this doctor. There is a chance a major issue may still occur. I am still in disbelief.

Stares at computer and barely engages. Don't ask any extra questions or she'll tell you she didn't allow enough time in her schedule for you to ask extra questions. I took in a CT scan report from my ER visit and she said and I quote, "There's no way we'll get to that today you only get 15 minutes". I've been treated better and provided more attention by physicians at the Minute Clinic. Don't waste your time here.

Can’t get any worse. A nasty short tempered person who hangs up on customers ( yes, a patient is a customer) . Never use this doctor!!!

Dr Favour takes time to listen carefully to me. She gives me a printout of everything she's found or suggested to me before I leave (especially appreciated since I had a stroke previously and don't always recall accurately). After test results come in, she e-mails all results to me along with any additional recommendations she has. I changed back to my previous doctor due to location, but after a single visit, I hurried right back. I'd rather drive 3 times as far to see her.

Does not engage. Doesn't think outside numbers on standard blood tests. Cursory annual checkup. Slow on the uptake. Not interested in or knowledgeable about new techniques for treating CAD. An internist should be obtaining information and trying to understand and diagnose. Seemed disinterested. Maybe she's on medications that slow her down!
