Dr. Susan Denise Flagel, DO

She’s a wonderful doctor. She’s very real and in touch with reality, especially when it comes to children. She listens to every concern and explains exactly what we should and should not be worried about. She doesn’t get wrapped up in the hype of today’s world, instead she focuses on the human body and what it actually needs to be healthy. I personally work in a Children’s hospital and I can say, firsthand, she’s on the list of one of the best doctors I’ve personally encountered. She’s amazing.

Dr Flagel does not wear a mask, even though the facility states (via video) Millennium that there physicians wear them. She stated that they needed to build up antibodies! Her personal appearance is the most unprofessional physician I have ever encountered. She wore ripped up Jeans and high heeled boots like she was ready to hop on a motorcycle. Strange, stay away. Find another doctor. Her unprofessionalism during the visit was astonishing.

Dr. Susan is so wonderful. She takes her time and listens to you. She is great for following up to make sure your little one is feeling better. She has the best bedside manner. I never had to wait more than 5 mins. for our visits. Her staff is very nice. The only thing bad is that her office does not except Medicaid. I am thankful for insurance. One other thing, the waiting room is never busy or messy, even with the toys for the kids to play with.
