Dr. Susan Henderson Fletcher, PhD

Susan Fletcher should be avoided at all costs. Clearly biased, she twisted a legitimate cry for help—my daughter recording abuse—into false narratives blaming me. Her approach lacked empathy, logic, and fairness. This was a waste of time, money, and emotional energy. Inept and damaging as a reunification therapist.

My ex-wife was ordered by the court to do reunification therapy with our daughter. I attended 2 sessions with Dr. Fletcher as did my ex-wife and daughter. I thought I was literally going crazy with Dr. Fletcher's approach and comments about an abusive situation my daughter was in. She likes to twist information rather than addressing the situation. She would even bring in her own life stories to try and justify her comments - which were ridiculous. Highly expensive and not worth your time or money.

Narcissist, self serving and unethical. Also outrageous and biased billing practices. She will Insist on using other specific providers. You have been warned!

I saw Dr Fletcher for several months and it was a life changing experience. I took notes while we spoke and even though it's been several years since our sessions, I still read the notes and gain strength and insights into myself and techniques to use throughout my life. She spoke on my level, gave me goals that were easy to set and start with, and I've noticed such a difference in my life with my ability to handle larger goals on my own over time.

Condescending, speaks to things outside her scope of expertise (like medical management). She used to list all these “certifications” on her site that were either phony or paper mills; she took them down when they were identified in court. She is more interested in money than helping people. Her receptionist is comparably unsavory. Fletcher is very dishonest and rude, and should be avoided
